Simple Custom Joomla Component

I require a custom rates and availability component developing for my client. If you look at the attached text file ([login to view URL]) that is the link to the current sites rates and availability page. The rates and availability calendar must show both the availability status and the price for that period.
Currently this is achieved by editing a predesigned excel spreadsheet, but as additional properties have been added to the portfolio this is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain.
The component must be capable of taking more properties in the future.
I will need full rights to all the files and also the rights to resell the component.
