535103 Need Development of Site Similiar to Google Docs

We need a skilled, experienced Joomla programmer to create a website which will basically be a clone of google docs. We already have purchased template so their will be little design needed. We require a site where users can login to our site via front end and accesss a secure users area where they can add, edit, delete, print, and download files. However, the main difference between our needs and Google Docs and that the users will input data into a form and the information they enter will populate pre-existing forms that we have created. Each form users create will have a specific legal needs based on the rules of their local court, and the documents should hyerlink to our database where all of the rules are stored. THis is a SIMPLE project for anyone who is skilled in Joomla.
