We are looking for a experienced Joomla Developer to develop a custom component for Joomla 3+
Project outline
We need a simple Joomla component with 4/5 views. The component should be designed to manage a multi-facilities estate, providing an environment to exchange simple information between facility managers and tenents and collect documents.
Basically all info are stored in a 4/5 database tables. Info that needs to be managed are documents, notes, scheduled infos, summonings.
Infos are displayed on a user-basis ACL. Each user can see infos (documents, notes, etc.) according to his profile.
Basic functions
Component should be able to manage, either through front-end and back-end the following
User Profile (extend user info, assign user to facility)
Manager Profile (extend user info, assign manager to facility)
Facility Profile (Profile each facility, assign user and
Documents (share docs with users and managers)
Notes/Communications (create a note, publish, check expire date, etc.)
All work flow and ACL will be provided upon request, via PM

- Joomla 3+
- HTML5 / CSS3
- Multi Language ready (initially only one language is required)
- Back-end and Front-End Data Management
- Bootstrap enabled
- Ajax data management
- Module to disply data
Developer must be
- Excellent and proofed expertise in Joomla Development (portfolio of developed components must be provided)
- Excellent Communication Skilled and English Proof
- Excellent Experience in Joomla Component Development (portfolio of developed components must be provided)
- Bootstrap Knowledge / integration
- Experienced with JQuery and Ajax integration in components

We are experienced developer and we are fully able to develop this project ourselves, but we do not have resources available at the moment to meet client deadline. For this reason we are looking to hire a developer to help us speed the development process. The developer will be in contact with our develpment team wich will support his work.
Component must be ready to install on a new Joomla installation.
We have a full analysis which displays workflow, user and data management.
