Looking for someone to design backend search page / application in PHP

Hi,
We are looking for a php developer who can create a search page to browse information that is being stored in MYSQL database. We already have a front page designed and are collecting information, but need a backend page / application to retrieve that information based on multiple criteria defined by user. We already have the application designed, but is not functioning properly if selected you will be provided the existing application for you to review. You can choose to just fix the application or to start everything from scratch. We have some other work that we need done around Joomla and need couple of script installed, so if you have experience with this please let us know and we can talk about working on long-term basis.
