Set Up Hotmail accounts for .cn domain and add language plugin to wp

Hi,

You'll need to set up few hotmail accounts with our own domain name .cn and let us know how to manage these (Currently we can only send emails but cannot receive emails due to some Pop3 issue I think).

Further to this, we require a plugin for user to select language on our website, so we would like to have a top bar with the languages we want to provide.
