User/License PHP Management Script

I need a php script. Inside consist of:

1:User Management

2:OEM customer management

3:License Management

4:API script

5:Settings or Log file

Please take note, store all in mysql database, even the oem customer splash screen image file.

1:User Management

I will be able to create different users to login to this script.

2:OEM customer

New, edit, delete, Manage License

On new ORM customer, i am able to create OEMID, Name, address, contact number, comments, splash screen image. Able to edit and delete.

3:Manage Licnese is a page where i can see all product keys attached to this OEM customer.

Also a button to create [ X ] numbers of new product IDs under this OEM customer.

Below the page will show details:

OEM Customer name | OEM ID | Product ID date-time created | Product ID | USED? | Date of expired | ADDRESS | PROCESSOR ID | Action=Edit/delete

4: API Script

This script will be able to receive http post or http get with details like: IP-Address, OEMID, Address, processorID, productID

the script will do the following check,

match OEMID/productID

if matched, Reply

"OK and OEMID image file"

Update selected row with address, processorid

if productID is used, Reply

"NO,productID is used before tied to $address and $processorID"

log files, should be able to search all actions done by user via web panel and ALSO API http post/get here.
