An Apache webserver running on RHEL5 where one can upload xml files and edit them online and save them , users should also be able to seach for the uploaded file by name of file or date uploaded users should also be able to download the file. XLS files should also be allowed to be uploaded and the XLS files should have an option to convert them into a pdf and saved. A CRON job that executes weekly to convert the XLS documents that have been uploaded the previous week into one single pdf file. Open Source tools can be used.
