I need some code written to output a search online of citation of keywords for google

It is very basic in nature someone enters there website url then the keywords they want to check against a list of citation websites...there phone number and then it outputs the information and at the same time it dumps the info of there website and phone into a database that I can retrieve later

I have a list of sites i need the ability to add and delete these names as it goes along in time

here is a sample of what i need
