India/Pakistan: Multiple web projects (part time)

Hello, I am seeking a web developer(s) in Pakistan/India on a part-time basis who is looking to supplement their income working on a few web project(s) along with me. The skillsets I am looking for are: -PHP or ASP (mandatory) -DHTML, HTML -SQL (mandatory) -Javascript (mandatory) -Ajax (mandatory) -Flash -Team player (mandatory) -Good design skills -Good graphics skills -Good communication skills both in English and Urdu/Hindi -Someone who likes challenge and making high quality sites -Drupal/Joomla/Mambo experience -If asked, you should be comfortable making static web pages, e-commerce websites, building CMS's from scratch, and working with me as a team. -I am looking for someone who is either a professional, student, or anyone seeking to put in at least 10-20 hours a week. -You will be paid whether there is work or no work. -This can be a great long term opportunity for you What I am NOT looking for are the following: -Software shops -Outsourcing businesses -Someone just wanting to "learn" or "experience" at my expense Please contact me if interested with the following: 1) Can you please rate your skills for each (?/10): -PHP or ASP -DHTML -SQL -Javascript -Ajax -Flash -Design/graphic skills -Drupal/Joomla/Mambo 2) Portfolio - list top five websites you have done (that you feel are some of your best work) 3) How much time you can commit/spend per week? 4) What are your salary expectations per month (in your local currency)? Please do not bid on this project unless you are confident you can do a good job as I can do a mediocre job myself. We need: 1) Event listings section with event images and other info. (I have sample sites) 2) Event calendar (probably find source off the net). 3) Users can upload event info (including images) and it gets displayed subject to admin approval. 4) User login/password with customized signup form. 5) Admin page where mass email can be sent out to all users of in plain/html. Also should be able to perform simple searches on the users database table such as regional info, etc. 6) Possibly have other sections for news RSS feeds, organization listings, and artist listings (with ratings). 7) Users can upload event photos. The important thing is it should be easy for users to upload pictures. This is sort of just the phase I of the site. Maybe it can be done using joomla/mambo/drupal much much faster than 30 days. Looking for someone with: 1) Excellent design skills, flash, js, php, maybe ajax. 2) Who can work with me in making this website 3) Bring some additional ideas to this project and is excited about this website. 4) Writes good, clean code. 5) Interested in building a long term relationship to take on bigger projects. 6) Who is passionate about high quality websites Please reply me with: 1) State how long you think you will take on this. 2) Price with or without graphics.
