Changes for Towing Invoice Creator by Automated Auto Concepts List of Changes/Additions 1) New Setup Package - So when you pop in the CD of the burned Output Folder a CD Menu pops up similiar to what I have.. but MUCH better :) Discuss ideas for this before doing one please :) 2) Caption Change - on Vehicle Information tab.. change "Mileage Information" to "Tow Truck Mileage Information" 3) Service Rates Tab Insuarance Steering - change to Text Box so user can enter their own values Admin Surcharge - change to Text Box so user can enter their own values 4) Change Search Invoices and Reports to read data-live Meaning - It checks all of the files and then calculates the data.. so if a user manually deletes an invoice it wont still show or show data 5) This is a main part of the Update - Users have the option of changing service rates through me (I make a new program and send it to them) because a lot of companies use different rates - and I remembered that if they update all rates will go back to default.. which is a huge problem - I have come to the idea that this will be the best method of preventing this: The rates are stored in a database file that is locked that stores the rates seperately.. and the program reads it when it starts up.. So when the program updates the rates will not change (make sure this includes ALL values that go into rates.. like man hours and such) 6) On the splash screen add another option button next to New Invoices.. captioned Search Invoices.. this will display the first name, last name, Car Make, Model, Year, License Plate #.. and Date in 7) Check and make sure a scroll bar displays when Active Invoices takes up more space than is available NIC THE FULL LIST HAS BEEN EMAILED TO YOU>> THEY CUT ME SHORT ON HERE
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
