Check List Builder

Checklist Project The goal of this project is to build a checklist system that is modifiable by the user. A checklist should be built based on selections made by the user dependent on individual customer requirements. In short the user must be able to define word groups that will be printed on the check list during the actual use stage. I have included a mock up of the program that i wrote to check feasability and it is included in the zip file, also included is a considerably longer explanation of what the program should do. The program needs to have a registration method, preferably for online payment and registration as well as a form for paying and registering by mail. As long as there is dummy information in the program I can modify it to the information that I need. When installed the program should be set to shut down in 30 days unless registered as well as have a 30 day extension for those who print out the register by mail form. The program must be written in one of the Visual Basic versions, preferably VB6. A database may not be used as the program needs to be able to save and load the user info from file. **During setup** Allow users to input keyword blocks. Let secondary words be associated with those keywords. Position the secondary words for printing The entire check list must be able to be _saved or loaded_ by the customer after creation or after modification. **During Use:** User needs to be presented with various options based on the Primary words that have been setup. As the user makes his selections the secondary words are selected for printing on the form. The user needs to have the option to preview or print the checklist after all of the options have been selected. In the mockup I hard coded the Secondary words to check boxes and option buttons. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to operate on any "modern" windows enviorment.
