Data comparison between 2 excel file

I need to make a difference between 2 excel files [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] These files contains product price/stock information.

I-

I need to generate:

- Newest entries

- Deleted entries

II-

The Newest entries must be matched with info from file B

Example:

We see in Newest Entries:

Product A that has manufacturer number X1

Within file B we have many manufacturer numbers A1,A2,D1,X1,X2 etc

I want a match to be done between Newest Entries & file B

Example:

Product A with manufacturer X1 (from Newest Entries) with manufacturer X1 (from file B)

This should generate one file.

I NEED SOMEONE SMART WHO CAN DO THIS IMMEDIATELY

SEND ME A PM (any program language can be used, just need this temporary!)
