Simple demo required - VB.Net interface to Anti virus COM object

I require detailed proof of concept for a VB.Net application to make calls to an Antivirus COM object in order to scan files. I have the API documentation and com object. The demo of the software can be downloaded. It should just be a matter of referencing the COM object and using the calls to scan a file or object. The code will need to be clearly written (so I can learn from it). It will need to show the following use of calls to the com object Initialiase the interface (with options) get database information from the com object Scan file(s) (with or without repair) and return result shutdown the interface All these should actually be very easy to do, if you are fimilar with this sort of coding. I doubt it will take more than an hour or two. The reason I can't do it myself is I don't know enough to use the data structures provided to return/provide information, and my time is very limited. If you want to look at the documentation, I've atteached it so you can see if you can do it or not. I really think, that if you have the knowledge for this sort of thing, this should be a simple project. Looking to get code this weekend if possible.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
