TAPI Expert in VB6(repost)

Hello! I need a Visual Basic code to work with TAPI API... I have alot of examples about TAPI and Low Level TAPI codes... I can call a phone number and determine if the remote machine answered or busy... Just this... Totally I want this features: - Call a phone number - Determine if remote machine is **Fax** or a **Voice answer** or **Modem** - Determine if line was **busy** or error **occured during call or reached well** - **No ActiveX or DLL** can be used. Just API! I also determined that you can understand this over Line Speed... For example Fax's speed is 14.4kbps... Anyway... I need a real TAPI expert who DID this work before and KNOWS exactly what I'm asking.... I need this as soon as possible... Preferably prevoiusly coded projects...No time to develop all from scrach... Please tell me what you have and what you can...
