Grab Youtube and Vimeo ID's from pages

We would like to have a PHP grabber which retrieves all the youtube and vimeo ID's which are on that page.
So input:
url
parameter how many levels deep to search
parameter to stay within domain or exit
Output:
Array which the records consist of:
- vimeo/youtube id
- header title of the page/or specific article or section
- domain
The scrapper should not only scrap the plain html of the page but also scan the rendered version of the page. Youtube and vimeo video's that are loaded with javascript or iframes in the browser. Should also be grabbed.
Preference goes to PHP, if easier with NodeJS, confince us.
