Detect if user is using Proxy like [login to view URL] - repost

Hi Everyone, I need a way to detect if user is using Proxy like this URL does.

Remember that, just want to get

"detcted" => If Proxy detected

"not detcted" => If Proxy Not detected

these two replies.
