Build a new Clothing site from scratch

I am re submitting this project because I was not clear enough what I want in the previous one and i want to be fair in details of what I am looking for.
This is a hoody clothing line.
Main page:
-Banner on top
-Clothing displayed below with description, price and an option of how many you want to order.
-When an order is placed for it to be sent to a printing company which needs to be integrated into my site to accept all the orders. They will print and ship them out to customers. Their site has all the details how to integrate them into my site.
Admin page:
-Change banner
-Edit Clothing Information
-Ad more clothing to the clothing line
I have other sites but not a clothing site so if you have experience building clothing sites that's a big plus since you'll know what else would be great to add and make it look professional and great! If i ask for something to be added I will pay for that. The most important thing is to make it work great, look professional and have no problems integrating the site with the printing company.
My budget is around $500-$750. But will increase if needed. Please give links to other clothing websites you build or similar. And how long it will take to build. If you feel im missing something which will need to be added to make the site more professional please let me know.
