Build a Ticketing System for Web Content Update / Bug reporting and management

- Users will create a ticket on contents that needed to be updated to website / portal. This ticket status will be marked as NEW.
- Admin will verify and mark the valid ticket as OPEN. Not valid ticket will be marked as REJECTED.
- All webmaster will available to see all the open ticket and select any of the ticket that they wish to take action. The ticket chosen will be marked as ASSIGNED to the webmaster.
- After the webmaster completed the action, he can change the ticket status to COMPLETED by the webmaster.
- Admin can RE-OPEN a closed ticket and re-assign the ticket to any webmaster.
- Report (weekly / monthly / yearly) on:
-- numbers of ticket issued based on its type (new content, update, bug)
-- number of ticket based on its status (new, open, assigned, completed)
