My website is [login to view URL], before launching I need it to be made user friendly so the search box on the home searches for everything possible in peoples adverts, along with the ability to search by radius, and dropdown city/region menus. (I have enabled this currently from the create an advert page but the search does not grab the information of region/city from there so i've had to add more boxes 'Region' 'City' which is a pain.
I also want the same search optimizations on this search

and the categories 'To Let' 'For Sale' as required checkboxes on the homepage and other search page.
Also, I would like a premium system implemented so people can have a certain amount of free adverts before they have to pay for unlimited adverts either yearly/monthly/quarterly (discounts will apply), and also another premium adverts option thats more expensive but will allow the users adverts to be displayed upon the homepage of site visitors that are within a radius of there adverts.
