Buy & Sell Website Development Part II

We need to create a website for the people to buy and sell businesses.

The website has 4 main sections:

1) Business for Sale Section [here: public can view businesses that are for sale. Registered users will have to pay a fee to post in this section]

2) Buyers Zone [here: public can view the nature of businesses that registered users are looking to buy. This section is FREE for Registered users to post in this section]

3) Franchise Search [here: public can view franchises that are for sale. Registered users will have to pay a fee to post in this section]

4) Business Classifieds [here: public can view the businesses that for sale or people are looking for. This section is FREE for Registered users to post in this section]

Requirements:

I) A seasoned and experienced development Team is needed to build the website with PHP and MySQL

II) You will be required to Integrate the Payment processor of the Client's choice into the system you are developing. (The payment processor is likely to be that from the Client's country)

III) Full information and WorkFlow diagrams have ALREADY been prepared in the attached "PeopleWeb1.gar" and "PeopleWeb2.gar" files

IV) There are 120 MS-Word Files which are interlinked (via CTR+click) to show the information flow clear

V) You will need a password to open the folder and read the files. Please contact us via PM or project notice-board for this.

VI) We are looking for reliable provider who can work long term with us. We have many projects closed and this is just one of them. (We are Gold member Service Buyer: please check our review)

VII) You will be required to provide De-bugging if any bugs or script errors arise from the project 12 months after project delivery.

VIII) Timeline for Project is 21 days from project kick off (including development, testing and implementation on client's servers)

Budget for project is $400. (Additional $75 will be given to service provider 12 months after project completion to encourage good after sales support for the development project) (Please note that FULL project documentation has been supplied to clearly illustrate the work flow so you dont have to do any workflow design: If you are one of those service providers who just blindly-bid at the higher end of any project budget without looking at the requirements: your bid will be disregarded)

IX) You will also be required to design a decent logo for this company along with a clean cut professional website layout.
