classified ads on zen cart

I want to add classified ad functionality on Zen Cart.

The standard Zen cart is implemented. I want to allow other people to come in and post their classified ads for property etc. on the side, and it can show immediately.

Is there a ready made module that you can implement, or can you develop something from scratch.
