Create a backend database for my eShop

So basically I want to store customer orders in a database, mark which orders have been paid for and send the shipping details of these orders to the supplier.

I take orders from a simple form a [url removed, login to view] , which produces the post submission data

I will need a Mysql database to store this form data, a free one can be created here: [url removed, login to view]

I want to be able to go into this database (which would be filled with all the customer orders and their details) and mark which orders have been paid for.

That paid for order would then be passed to a new table but only the 'order number', 'Customer Name & details' 'Package but just the number i.e 6 Weeks Supply: 90 Tablets - £79.99 would only pass 90' and ' Shipping just EMS or Standard Airmail' , so it strips all the pricing information.

The paid for table would need the ability to periodically send its contents to the supplier, so that the orders can be sent. It would do this by email.

Relatively easy task, if you've got any quick work arounds or software I'm happy to implement them if it gets the job done.
