462119 eShop Template Design for 2 sites

Need talented designer to create eshop templates for our customers on an ongoing basis. Currently there are 2 projects that needs to be done. The templates will be used in osCommerce. As Simple Template System is already installed, designers do NOT need to change any of the php codes. Requirements:- - Menus to be in text format and design can be changed in CSS - All wordings should be put in language file for multilingual operations - Besides technical skills, the provider must be responsive and responsible Look forward to building long term partnership with selected provider.
