Fix PHP problem when trying to add to guestbook

If you go to [url removed, login to view], then obituary and pick one of the deceased, it will take you to their bio page. if you attempt to add a comment to the guestbook by clicking add, you receive a 404 page not found, whereas you should be able to add a comment and delete a comment. it appear to be trying to call an html page, but it should be php generated. need someone to correct this fast. please do a demo of what the problem is first.
