make simple smarty templates design pages look better

this is simple.
The person will have to know perfectly how to edit smarty templates.
I have a script based on this templates and I need a web designer that can make a script not look like one!
It is very simple, I will give you more information on PM, my actual site and sample of what I want, its ismple web design, but must understand how to adapt design to smarty templates.
It consist of basically doing 2 pages, the Home and the internal listing page.
NOTE: this is only for people who can work fast, I need this project delivered FAST, no more than 3 days... its very simple and short... basic design, make it look cool, not like a default script, with some custom photos and images... thats it!
