Need to wrap up my WHMCS templates

Dear Freelancer, I need someone who can manage to (the one who understand well with WHMCS Smarty Template files), if you know WHMCS templates then, you should be familiar with this: 1. Wrap up my tpl files, to untied the code, means that: a. Separate each tpl with each css (one tpl with one css) b. Remove unnecessary code, images, etc. c. Clean up the folders (remove unnecessary files, images, etc.) d. Make the code load faster with smaller file size e. Improve / Fix some buggy menus (on jquery, etc). 2. The TPL Files are: a.
