Online Image Editor

Hello, Want to create an online image editor to integrate into a PHP site that I already have. What this program would do: - Show user default workspace (predetermined size) - User can upload photos and drag them around the workspace for placement. - User can type text, including change of font, size, and color. - User can drag their text around on top of the photo. - User clicks SAVE to save image to server. - System saves image to server but also updates 1 XML file with 1 line of code to reflect additional image.
