2 projects : Website + Database

I have 2 projects with the same time frame. I need it done by April 24th (the freelancer will be chosen tomorrow).
1. Website with CMS : it's a bilingual Website (English and French) with a light CMS (Home page, news and picture galery). It's about 10 pages English + 10 pages French. I provide all texts, images and clear specifications. It's from a template from Template Monster.
2. It's competely a different project : It's a database, I prefer MySQL. I need one form to manage a list of company (Add/Edit/Delete) by sectors and services. I need some searching functionnalities (by name, by sector, by services, by sources, ...); I need to be able to extract an email list, I need to be able to edit the content of the form (list of sectors, list of services, list of customer type, ...). And the second form, is a Calendar of Activities (Add/Delete/Edit). This is for internal work, no need for a design.
I will have to do more work on both of those project, so give me an hourly rate for future job!
