Dear bidder,
I want a clean and simple real estate website for property listing. I want agents to upload their listing themselves and only have access to their own listing. It is going to be a membership website where both agents and users will be under different groups. I want the users to be able to chat with agents while they are online.

Membership Access
Fast opening site
Property Search Page, Property Verification Page, and Property Advertising Page
Store Unfound Property Search, Create Link to send emails to Users requesting a property they didn't find when uploaded.
Forum for discussions
Ability to Blacklisting of Fraudulent Agents/Users
