Restaurant finder website

I need to build a website to help people locating restaurant given the criteria. I will provide the database of restaurant information.

The website should be perform the following function:

The user can search restaurant by cuisine, price_level etc. The most difficult part is search by given address and a distance. For example, user is able to search all the restaurant within 25 mile from their given home address.

The function of the website is not so complex. Therefore, i will focus on the design. I expect someone who is excellent in graphic design and able to build interactive website(using DHTML, javascript, AJAX, etc).

I am looking for a simple but professional design interface. There is no much content, wording but every user can use it easily(like google)

I have edit the project and want to start the selection of freelancer process again.

The main different is that the project will be done by flex instead of AJAX
