Hello,
I need a website + full backend for an online travel agencency for villas (5 countries, 5000 villas).
Please see below the global draft of the specifications.
I put 3 website that are close to what I want (for the frontend).
I need to see previous work of candidats as I don't want a beginner to work on this project
#### Global Idea of Specifications #####
The ideas could be taken from those 3 different sites for the website & functionalities:

The website will be supported by the wordpress CMS so we can update the website without code knowledge (unless you have better option)
There will be no online payment
The backend will include 2 main different parts:
- Villa managements (extranet): the villas owners can access, fill, update de data of their villas (specifications, photos, map, price, promotions, etc)
- website management: for the owner of the website (and its staff) to manage payments (manual for bank transfer and automatic for credit card payement through the website), invoices, reservations.

Languages: english only but need an easy way to add other languages (no or very few coding changes necessary)
#### Main Specifications #####
1 - Website functionnalities:
search villas (by name, region, #bed, price range, etc)
villas listing (from search criteria or by promotions)
Show villas details
Show a worldwide map with possible destinations (animation like [login to view URL])
Travel Guides
Newsletter subscription
Leave comments on villas (for client only)
Shortlist (kind of bookmarks of villas saving villas, saving preference in cookies to avoid registering)
Season calendar (show the good season to travel depending on the destinantions)
Trip rate calculation (total nights + ad ons price)
contact us (form to email)
Enquiry/reservation (form to email)
2 - Extranet (Villa owners)

add/edit/remove a villa
duplicate an existing villa
3 - Admin + travel agent part:
Search villa for agents (advanced search) and select several villas => create pro format invoices (will be sent by email)
Create reservation (create client if not exist, create reservation, create invoice for selected villa to be sent by email)
Validate reservation (manual, after the payment has been received, then create email to be sent to villa to confirm and client to confirm)
Generation of Newsletter
#### Important notes about "Logs" (reports) #####
The document attached "website functionalities [login to view URL] require 5 "Logs"
The wording is not correct. It’s in fact 5 reports for the owner & manager (you can replace log by report). It should have limited access only for them.
The reports are very simple:
- Villa log is a listing of all the villas
- Bookings log shows all the bookings done
- Commission log show the commissions for each bookings
- Newsletter log show all emails and names of people that subscribed to the newsletter
- Guest log show the guests’ info for each bookings
#### Payment by Credit Card ####
The payment will be available online on the website (check the provided simple php example to be integrated) but it is available only once the client has asked for a quote. The link for payment will be sent by mail.
