I would like a website built. I have a few websites in mind that are similar and simply need the layout to be meshed together. You will be expected to copy & paste word content from 1 website.
We need a no-nonsense, efficient and hard working bidder that understands the time constraint of this project and still produce top quality work. We have another 2-3 projects that are guaranteed to the winner of this project if he does a good job.
The website will have around 50 pages but 90% of them will be simple and small pages (average 250 words). This content will be copied from another website given. I will be editing them myself later. The main focus is to build a site that is well linked and operational.
**Please do not come with bigger bids because of the size. Size is not an issue when it is replicated**
Around 7 Pages will be large - Again, content will be copied. Logo will be provided.
Technical Functions:
- Application Process, taking the applicant through stages of the application.
- Ability to upload files for application process
- Email notification with files etc.
-A user name and password to log in to view stored applications
- A Database where the applicants are stored for our viewing only
- A database applicants are moved to when accepted
-Once Applicant accepted, status upgraded for user and pass and should be able to access the "Jobs Board"
**Please Note - This will just be a white page for now [By doing a good job we can outsource the "jobs board" section to yourself as a later project along with another 2 websites expected to be built within the next week]**
**The Jobs Board will be a message board were by applicants can bid on uploaded projects**
Freelance bidders will have their ratings thoroughly viewed. We will also give a chance for freelancers with fewer job applicants providing they have a good score rating and completion rate. I advise to bid competitively. We will also be looking at your portfolio for similar websites with application functions.
If you are to message us, please include sites with online application forms and also what you deem your best work.
We will also interview and hold talks with bidders before we accept a winner. Website links will be given at such times of discussion. Successful Bidders must be able to communicate speedily via email, Skype, a messenger.
