Website Upgrade plus new CMS needed

We need a simple customized template for our current website and to upgrade to a new Content Management System. I can supply you with the company logo and the sample design. We have the most of the photos/pictures ready, but if there will be a need to buy some more, we can do that as well. We will supply you with a general site plan, which you can improve on, if needed. Once you have the database setup and configured it, all the texts (with the links as well) need to be transferred from the current website to the new one. We need the site to be search engine friendly and search engine optimized if possible. The site needs to be up and operational by October 25 if possible.
We haven’t decide which brand of CMS we want to use – we would like your professional advice after reading through all of our requirements. We are considering using Joomla, but are open to any suggestions for CMS as long as it meets our criteria.
Our requirements for the CMS:
• Relatively easy to use the CMS from a backend perspective (for uploading new information, posting videos, making changes to content page design, etc.)
• Calendar function - we are currently using PHP iCalendar (we need a solution for showing our clients the booked events, which we are currently transferring from the Microsoft Outlook.
• Dynamic Form Builders – e.g. registration forms etc., that can be created by us if we need to. We need to be easily able to create online forms that our clients can fill in and we receive all the information to our email)
• Flexibility in page design – adding new categories to the menu and updating the texts
• Upload, rename, delete, cut/copy/paste images and insert them into the page using an intuitive and familiar interface
• Create Links to other Sections, Categories, Articles, Weblinks and Contacts
• File Manager - Insert links to files of any type with customizable descriptions
• Media Manager - Upload and insert media files (flash, windows media, quicktime etc), embed YouTube videos
• The ability to track the people who use our services on the website if possible (e.g. integration of Google Analytics)
• We would also like to integrate a Social Media (like Facebook and Twitter) and their add-ons (banners, Facebook badge)

In the future we are considering integration of the following features:
• E-mail newsletters
• Banner advertising systems
• Paid subscription services
Please take this into consideration when deciding about an appropriate CMS system for us – it would be easier if the CMS system was ready for this and there would be a lot of free extensions on the market to choose from. We want to avoid expensive customization.
