Website with Blog, CMS, user management and forms

Hi, this is my first post on this website and I hope to meet the right people here. I am looking for someone to create a website for a new business-project. In a nutshell: We are offering services to companies from the U.S. that want to push their products into the Chinese market (I am based in Shanghai). The project will include around 8 pages that I need to update frequently without knowledge in programming. The best solution from my point of view would be using a CMS for the site, which could be based on PHP or Joomla or wordpress. If you think that there is a better solution, please tell me. I am not looking for someone who sells me an existing template, but for a customized website/template. The design is partly developed already, but needs a "finishing touch" and should be implemented in a stylesheet for the CMS mentioned above. Colours and Logos will be provided by me. Besides the standard CMS and template, I need only some special requirements: - Visitors Users can register and use a "mailto" form to send text and files (external payment application will be implemented) - Admin-User has backoffice access via www, can read/write/change users details. - Visitor tracking must be possible (affiliate marketing) In the second stage of the project, I need someone who can create a website with sql-database for me. So, if I am pleased with the execution of the first project, there is more work in the pipeline for you. Best Regards, Manuel
