Need a dependable email admin who can help me manage my emails.

I recently had an email server setup to manage emails for multiple domains.

It was setup using mailmanager.

I'm able to receive email, but am not having success sending them.

When I send, it will show 'sent' in webmail, but it won't actually be received by the intended recipient.
