logo for our website needed

A logo is needed for [[login to view URL]][1] . The logo will be used for both print and web. This will be used instead of the one currently on the web site. Need two versions of the logo. - jpg and vector for clean resizing for business cards, letterheads and web use. Need two logo sizes (jpg and vector of each) - 280 x 100 , 100 x 100 We also need the uncompressed version. Would like this to be designed in Photoshop to get the PSD. When bidding, specify what program you'll be using. No border around either logo. I don't want it to stick out too much, something that kind of fades a little bit into the background? We are looking for something clean, creative and something that demonstrates we're a professional company. 3 colors max. Colors are generally up to you. Remember these will be used on product labels, business cards, letterhead, our website, etc so it should go well with everything. Can you do something with "SS" on the logos? Representing Sensational Scents? We also want Sensational Scents to be on there with the word Online (online should be very small, like it is in our logo now). Please no clipart. Company background: Sensational Scents creates candles of different sizes and scents, incense, bath salts and teas, lotions, etc. When bidding: 1) If you show past samples of your work, you'll have a better chance. 2) If you provide us with your demo mock ups of this project, you'll have a GREAT chance. We may accept the first designer to provide mockups of this that we like. 3) If you don't provide us with examples, you have to give us your ideas and thoughts of what you can do. We want this done within 3 days of awarding you the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Need a compressed, uncompressed and vector of both logo sizes.
