HP-UX Print Job Capture

Need to be able to copy/capture an UNIX print job to a particular tty99 printer and send that text only file to a Windows PC on the same network.

This is done via knowing what tty99 port it came from and a time stamp of the print job and any other useful information regarding the original print job.

A table linking the tty99 printer port can be provided to link the UNIX print job with Windows PC terminal in which it came from so that the application will know where to send a copy of the text file for further processing.

It must NOT interfer with the original "normal" UNIX print job as it is sent to the printer port/Ip on the network for printing. A "wrap-around" UNIX script can be used for this purpose.

Any other suggestions or comments are welcomed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

A new UNIX text only capture program and the ability to send the text file to a Windows PC via FTP other other methods. HP-UX scripting will be required.
