For a website, we need a set of web pages: 1. Member Login: The login page should have following functions: (a) Login form with Member Id and Password. If login OK, take them to Member Home Page. (b) If Member Id exists but Member has not completed all steps of registration, go to Member Reg. Page. (c) A link to Member Reg. Page for new users. (d) A link to Forgot Your Id/Password page. 2. Forgot Your Id/Password Page: an email will be sent with Member Id and Password. 3. Member Registration Page: A 3 step process where: (a)Step 1, Member will be displayed with terms/cond. of registration and will enter a Member Id, Password and Email Id. If the Member Id doesn't already exist, a Temporary code will be generated and emailed. Email will also have a link to Member Reg. Page - Step 2. (b)Step 2, Member will enter Temporary code emailed earlier. If valid, Member will be taken to - Step 3. (c)Step 3, Member will enter details like Name, Organisation, Phone etc. Also, the Member will be required to make an advance payment to prevent fake registration. Payment method will be via Credit Card and will link to VeriSign Pay Flow to validate/process payments. After Card details verified, Member will be displayed reg. details and invoice of amount charged. After confirmation, payment submitted for processing and member taken to Member Home page. 4. Member Home page: Will provide following links on left side of page: a) Change Reg. Details (Reg. - Step 3) b) Logout After selecting a link, Member should be displayed the corres. form on the right side where he/she can edit and submit reg. details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
