Ruby on Rails functionality to upload/serve videos

I need a simple Ruby on rails application that allows an administrative user to login and upload a video. The videos are then shown on a page that users must login to see.

Use restful authentication for the authentication (so you don't have to code this)

I need the video to work a la [login to view URL]

The main things I am looking for is for the video upload/viewing functionality to work, and a recipe from you for doing any specials installs of gems/plugins I may need on my server. ?

That's really it.? Format it with [login to view URL] but I am only interested in functionality NOT the UI.? I will be? ripping pieces out of this application that you build for use in other applications.? I need a proof of concept and simply don't have time to build it.

to get a 10, comment your code, provide instructions or scripts to install anything needed on a Fedora 11 server AND my mac osx development machine,? and build unit/functional tests to show things working.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
