Modify a premium wordpress ecommerce theme to rearrange layout and add a new navigation system

I am looking for a wordpress developer to create an ecommerce site based on the existing premium wordpress theme ([url removed, login to view], the Jewelry store theme). There are 2 major requirements.
1) The current site is [url removed, login to view] . The current site's looks, layout, logo and color scheme is satisfactory. I want the developer to create a wordpress child theme for the Jewelry theme to mimic layout of the current site.
2) Create a second hierarchical taxonomy system to allow menu and submenus system. This requirement is explained below:
The purpose of [url removed, login to view] is that the website will be catering to both hardware experts and novices. The experts will know what they are looking for and so they use the "nail types" navigation menu. The novices don't know exactly the types of products needed for certain applications, so we want an alternative navigation menu where they can navigate by the type of application (ie roofing or decking etc...).

I am looking for an experienced developer with a good track record with WP customization and good communication skill so to get this simple project done quickly with minimal hassle.
