17 Page HTML to Wordpress

We have a 17 page plane HTML website at this moment that has to be converted into Wordpress. The pages are structures as follows:
- 1 main page design
- 4 "contact us" style pages
- 7 articles
- 5 articles that have a different layout that the first 7
The website does not have dynamic content at this moment, such as news post feature, or content that is supposed to be dynamic. So essentially it shouldn't be difficult to build up these pages.
The Wordpress pages should look exactly the same as the HTML website. (URL structure, internal linking, etc.)
Should be a relatively easy job.
