Research and Retrieve Website Files/Database

I moved my website over to a new server a couple days ago. Once the site had propagated, it showed an old version of my website. There were about 2-3 weeks of changes (database, files, emails) all missing. I went back to the old server and can't seem to find these files. I need someone to do some research, look at logs, and go through the old server to find out what happened to the lost files. If possible, I need them restored to my new server. This is a critical job that needs to be done fast. There is highly important information I've lost for my business. You will be paid something even if you can't retrieve the files.
