Wordpress Theme from PSD file+PHP files

Hello WP coders,
I have a psd file + php files that I need coded into a WordPress theme.
I will provide the files and the FTP logins were you have to install WP and upload your work (the WP theme).
I need the job done in 1-2days, but you have to TOTALLY follow the design and my instructions.
The entire project should not take more than 2days, but the first main pages should be done FAST.
Please bid only if you REALLY know your stuff in WP.
