Converting PSD into Website

I am looking for experienced web developers to convert my Photoshop PSD design into a fully functioning website. The design is simple with header, content and footer sections so very easy to convert. There will be approx 5-7 pages. One page will need a contact form. It has to be easy for me to edit in future using Dreamweaver, ideally using table layout format. I will provide the full design as PSD and created using layers for all the pages. I have used coders in the past who have used a variety of methods including joomla, wordpress, etc. but I definately DO NOT want you to use any of these such methods as I have found it to be too complicated and I have to update them all the time. I definately want the site as html or xhtml, not using php or any other language which can be hacked. I would like to form a good working relationship as I will always have designs I would like to be made into websites so the successful coder must have proven skills in this field with examples to show, communication is VITAL and you must communicate on a daily basis via email. NO TIMEWASTERS OR CODERS WHO DO NOT SHOW EXAMPLES OF WORK WHERE THEY HAVE DONE A JOB LIKE THIS BEFORE
