Hello,
This is a very simple project, for experienced developer this is for 4-6 hours max with installation of the extension on Joomla! So please don't read further if you plan to bid $400 or more. Other features are waiting to be implemented for you!
I am a developer of ExtraWatch Extension for Joomla CMS, in principle, this component also works outside the CMS. I'm searching for external developers who can help me to develop new features.

It may take some time at first to find how it all works together, but it certainly is a longer term cooperation.
I want to verify the qualities of the developer on these two very SIMPLE features:
First Feature:
Import / Export "goals" - goals are objectives defined by the user.

The migration or other changes may delete these goals, therefore we need to create the export button. Export should be in the format (XML schema should be as simple as possible, there are just simple form fields). User then obtains: [url removed, login to view]
that can subsequently imported through the attachment and "Import" button.
It must prevent to create duplicate goals.
At the same time import has to work so that when new columns will be added, so import will also work - it is the main reason for this feature.
Second Feature:
Import IP addresses to filter from csv format from [url removed, login to view]

These ranges, imported address can not be duplicated and must be marked with blocking reason (it is only for some sign of embedded IP addresses and other db column - eg. Honeypot) Later, we may add a support to import other csv from other services
General requirements:
code must be written professionally, purely, clearly, with regard to other developers.
Developer will commit changes to the SVN repository. I prefer payment through paypal.

Bidder acknowledges, that he fully understands what to do and agrees, that I can lower the price I will pay by 5% each day he's after the project delivery deadline. If developer fails to deliver the project, I reserve a right to ask $100 back as it's a waste of my time. I'm looking for honest persons for long-term cooperation, but I can't stand sloppiness and unprofessionalism.
