Small Web Application - Parse XML

Project to build set of web pages to analyze XML files created from dynamic analysis of malware. Web application must first parse the XML values. User will then select and/or modify the values. The web application will then create specific output files (IOC files) to be used by another application. Website must work in conjunction with an existing Wordpress installation on a Linux server hosted by Host Gator. Application should not be dependent on any Wordpress functionality. Open to ideas and suggestions. Take a look at the attached XML files. In your bid, please state the name of the appliance used in the XML files (alert in first line of XML file). There will be several iterations of testing, so please take that into account. I'm looking for quality and time to deliver versus the lowest bidder. Thanks!
