We have a partially-completed website template design (.PSD) that needs to be finished and then cut and coded into standards-compliant HTML/CSS. Please see attached image to get an idea of the workload before submitting your bid.

Ok, I'm pretty happy with the overall design of the template, but we'll need to flesh this out a bit before I can deliver it to the client.
The teplate looks pretty good, but I'd like to make some changes.
- Let's change "Contact" to "Map/Contact"
- On the bottom right, let's include a div with the bar's tagline which is "Your Neighborhood. Your Pub." This should be styled in italics probably.
- Let's have a div for "breadcrumbs" which can show the current page. So instead of "Welcome to Zou Pub & Grill", we'll put a there, and it will look like "Zou Pub >> Home", "Zou Pub >> Events", "Zou Pub >> Calendar", "Zou Pub >> Map/Contact", depending on which page is currently being viewed.
Then we need to design each of the sub-pages:
For the main page, let's include two pictures of the bar (interior and exterior) and some descriptive text about the bar which should flow around the pictures. I'll get pictures and deliver them to you, but meanwhile we can use the placeholder pictures that I've used in [login to view URL] (attached), which are [login to view URL] and pub_exterior.jpg.
Let's move the karaoke picture over to the events page. The events page will also include a calendar and text. I'll be working on the calendar, and when I have it ready, we'll work together to make sure it works right with the template HTML and CSS. See an example here [login to view URL] -- see .. This is the type of calendar we'll integrate, with the events listed individually underneath as well.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
