MS ACCESS DB APPLICATION

I need an access database with multiple tables. This is a database to manage rental home properties. Forms will be needed to enter data. Preferably Access 2013. Table 1: Rentals Fields: Address/Tenant/Phone Number/Lease Start/Lease End/Rent/Total Lease Rent/Rent Collected/Insurance $/Policy #/Tax $/Repair $/Profit Calculated Fields: Total Lease Rent (Lease*12) Rent Collected - From Rents Table Repair $ - From Repairs Table Gross Profit: Rent Collected - Taxes$ - Insurance$ - Repairs Table 2: Rents - Rents collected will be entered here. Fields: Address (From Rentals Table)/Rent Amount Paid $/Date Paid Table 3: Repairs - Any repairs or expenses will be entered here Fields: Address (From Rentals Table) / Payment For (Drop Down)/Notes/$ Amount/Attachment Drop Down: Plumbing Electrical HVAC Windows Exterior Landscape Electric Bill Gas Bill Water Bill Trash Bill H2O Tank Lease Insurance Taxes Sec8 Repairs Other I have attached my very poor attempt to create this myself, this may help you understand what I am trying to accomplish.
