API Integration - Wordpress(Woocommerce) - SMS Gateway

Hello we have an ecommerce website which sells watches. We need to integrate an sms gateway API in our system which automatically messages customers if they placed an order or if there order status is changed to any of this - processing, on-hold, completed, shipped and cancelled. We will specify the messages that should be sent in each case. Also we want that if there order is shipped it will send there tracking id automatically which we have feeded in website
