API between Mailchimp and Bookeo (online booking software)

I am reposting this project after the complete failure of a bidder I started to work with to communicate regularly or professionally. Incidentally, I EXPECT YOU TO READ MY PROJECT DETAILS and not just send an automated bid, which I will reject. I also expect to be able to have a Skype video chat to discuss the requirements and for me to have confidence in you. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED AS I AM NOT A PROGRAMMER Here are the key requirements. The \'additional\' requirements around the Promotions can be addressed with later. I use two web-based tools in my business - Mailchimp for database/emails and [login to view URL] for my online booking system. Both have published APIs ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) When a customer makes an online booking, he does not automatically end up in Mailchimp. Every time I do a Mailchimp email campaign, I have to do an export from Bookeo, add/alter a couple of fields and then import it into Mailchimp. There is already a basic level of integration available between the two programs - I can enable the appearance of a Mailchimp opt-in checkbox in Bookeo that a customer can tick but I have disabled it as many people didn\'t tick it and it only passed name and email. I want to pass the fact that they are a customer, the date of their scan and maybe some other info. The four specific initial requirements are: 1 Automatically pass customer details from Bookeo to Mailchimp when a customer registers on my website ([login to view URL]) with the Bookeo widget. 2. Also pass details when an actual booking is made and flag the contact in Mailchimp as a customer. 3. Prevent an existing customer making a booking less than 84 days (12 weeks) after their previous booking 4. In Mailchimp, flag a customer as having bought a pre-paid package (ie, having bought credits for future appointments that are yet to be booked). This is so I don\'t email them about a cut-price offer that might undercut the price they have already paid for credits. The above 4 requirements are what I need immediately. Additional requirements for later: The management of Marketing Promotions (promotional codes) in Bookeo is very difficult and clunky. Every promotion has to be added, changed or deleted one by one. I\'d like to be able to: A. Change the discount on promotions in bulk (eg, by uploading a CSV file). B. Add and delete promotional codes in bulk (eg, by uploading a CSV file) C. Add a field to each promotion for an email address (as this identifies the person who acts as a sales agent with that particular promo code. I can then easily export the list and email the agents. Currently this is a manual process.
